Your Local Community Group for Women

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Women’s Wellbeing Club Coronavirus COVID -19 Position Statement

We have spent many hours reviewing the current COVID-19 situation and our priority is to ensure the safety of every Woman who walks though our doors, it is with this in mind that we have taken the decision to suspend ALL Women’s Wellbeing Clubs until 31st March.

The decision to suspend Clubs has been a very difficult one and as some of our venues have already taken the decision to close to all external groups then we have made an informed decision for Women’s Wellbeing Clubs nationally.

All Clubs will close from today and we will continually review the situation based on Government guidelines. We would invite Women who attend the group or are looking for support to use the Women’s Wellbeing club our home for talking closed groups as we will be setting up live Q&A and online support.

This has been a difficult decision for us to make but we cannot put our ladies at any risk of being exposed to any additional stress relating to this public health crisis.

If you are looking for support or would like to provide any feedback then please contact Women’s Wellbeing club CIC main page.

For information on what services and support are still available locally please contact your local #womenswellbeingclub page. Regards Adam Fletcher and Chris Martin

 A Safe place to talk

We are a peer to peer community support group run for women by volunteers. Our clubs are free and anonymous with no booking needed and no obligation.

Our meetings start at between 6pm and 7pm at various venues – please check your local venue for start time each session lasts for 2 hours.
Meetings are facilitated by one of our volunteer facilitators. There is a format for the meeting where everyone has the opportunity to be heard and listened to if they have something they wish to share in response to the questions asked that week.
Refreshments are provided free of charge at the sessions

At our clubs, there’s no pressure to share or talk: Whether you want to just come along for a cup of tea and company, or whether you need to talk to likeminded women in a safe environment, our aim is to build a powerful network of support for you whenever you need it.

We have over 20 women attending our first club in Newton Abbot now with other clubs across the country planned to be open soon. Click here to find your nearest club.

GP surgeries and hospitals now refer women to our clubs as there’s no waiting list to attend and no pressure or obligation to attend.
